Project lead R & D in radiopharmaceuticals and enabling technologies (d/f/m)

3B Pharmaceuticals discovers and develops targeted radiopharmaceuticals providing a focused and personalized approach to the treatment of cancer. Our peptides and peptidomimetics constitute excellent tumor-specific targeting moieties and are coupled to therapeutic and diagnostic radioisotopes via a chelator. As a leader in peptide discovery and optimization, 3BP has built a technology platform extending from hit identification to early clinical development.

We are diversifying our project and technology base and are looking for a skilled project leader with knowledge in the field of kidney transport mechanisms, receptor trafficking and/or protein engineering. In this position, you will invent solutions and guide the design of new molecules to improve the biodistribution of 3BP’s compounds and radiopharmaceuticals.

This position requires creativity, ingenuity, resourcefulness and imagination as well as a willingness to learn by trial and error. We are looking for an assertive person who takes ownership and responsibility for the projects they lead and is able to work with all levels and disciplines of researchers. You will need the skills to plan, manage and execute studies within 3BP’s own facilities as well as with cooperation partners and external suppliers.
