Project and Alliance Manager (m/f/d) . 3B Pharmaceuticals discovers and develops targeted radiopharmaceuticals providing a focused and personalized approach to the treatment of cancer. Our peptides and peptidomimetics constitute excellent tumor-specific targeting moieties and are coupled to therapeutic and diagnostic radioisotopes via a chelator. As a leader in peptide discovery and optimization, 3BP has built a technology platform extending from hit identification to early clinical development. Some of our pipeline projects are developed in partnership with other pharma companies.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a project and alliance manager who will help with the internal organization of the work flow in our radiopharmaceutical projects and liaise with the project teams of our partner companies to ensure efficient communication and smooth collaboration. This position requires the ability to work with various different functions and personalities as well as the flexibility to handle grown organizational structures and the willingness to take responsibility and ownership for the task.

Who you are
You should have a degree in pharmacology, life sciences, chemistry, medicine, or a related field, ideally with a PhD (or MD). You need excellent project management and organizational skills and a high proficiency in written and spoken English. You also need excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in direct contact as well as remotely vial email and telephone. You should have a grasp of several different project management approaches that you apply as needed and consider project management as a service to the project rather than an end in itself. You should be familiar with the drug development process. Previous experience in drug development and/or in the radiopharmaceutical field is a plus.
